2.1 Description: TCB House Cleaning offers house cleaning services, property management, and handyman services, which include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, specialized cleaning tasks, property management, and basic home maintenance.
 

2.2 Service Availability: Our services are available 7 days a week between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Big Bear City and Big Bear Lake, California. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services without notice at any time.
 

3. Booking and Payments
 

3.1 Booking: To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information. Bookings can be made via our Website, Email (TCBHouseCleaning@Gmail.com) or by contacting us directly.
 

3.2 Payments: Payments for services must be made at the time of booking, after the project is completed, or as otherwise agreed. We accept online payments via Freshbooks, cash, check, and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change at any time but will be clearly highlighted in the invoice.
 

4. Cancellations and Refunds
 

4.1 Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any penalty. Last-minute cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 10%.
 

4.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us to address the issue.
 

5. Customer Responsibilities
 

5.1 Access: You must provide access to your property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
 

5.2 Safety and Environment: You must ensure a safe working environment for our staff, including securing pets and hazardous materials.

6.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCB House Cleaning and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
 

6.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCB House Cleaning and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service.
